Welcome to Duel.

Duel.com (the “Website”) is owned and operated by Immortal Snail LLC (“Duel,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a company registered in Nevis under registration number L22982, with its registered office at Arthur L. Evelyn Building, Suite 5, Main Street, Charlestown, Nevis, West Indies. Duel.com is licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under License No. ALSI-202411026-FI1.

By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any additional rules that apply to specific games, promotions, or platform features. Together, these documents form a legally binding agreement between you and Immortal Snail LLC, the licensed operator of Duel.

We have made every effort to keep these Terms clear and easy to understand. However, they remain a legally binding agreement. If you do not understand any part of these Terms, we recommend seeking independent legal advice before using our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. By continuing to use Duel after any changes have been published, you agree to the revised Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between translated versions, the English version shall prevail.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Duel is not liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You are responsible for safeguarding your username, password, and any other login information. If you knowingly or unintentionally disclose your credentials to another person, we will not be responsible for any resulting loss of access, funds, or other damages.

Duel accounts are intended for individual use only. Sharing an account with another person is prohibited and may result in account restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination.

You must not exploit software bugs, platform errors, promotional offers, affiliate systems, or any other unintended functionality for personal gain. If you discover a vulnerability or exploit, you must report it immediately to support@duel.com and refrain from using it.

We reserve the right to void transactions, recover funds, suspend or terminate accounts, and pursue legal action against users who engage in fraudulent, abusive, or exploitative conduct.

By using our Services, you agree that you will not:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or the servers and networks used to provide them.
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, hack, or otherwise bypass any security measures, encryption technologies, or protections implemented by Duel.
  • Violate any requirements or regulations applicable to networks connected to the Services.
  • Circumvent technological measures designed to restrict or control access to any part of the Services.
  • Engage in any conduct that violates these Terms or is inconsistent with the principles of fair play.

Account Ownership

The individual who originally creates and registers an account (the “Original Owner”) retains the exclusive and permanent ownership of that account.

In the event of any dispute regarding account ownership or access, Duel will recognize only the Original Owner as the lawful account holder, regardless of any attempted sale, transfer, gift, or private arrangement between users.

Betting

All bets placed on Duel are final. Once a bet has been accepted and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you lose funds as a result of placing a bet, you will not be entitled to any reimbursement.

Certain games, lotteries, sports betting markets, or other platform features may be governed by their own specific rules. If any conflict arises between those rules and these Terms of Service, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated.

Rules relating to match betting are available on the dedicated Match Betting Rules page.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits made to your Duel account are generally non-refundable.

If you choose to deposit or withdraw using cryptocurrency, you are solely responsible for using the correct wallet address and blockchain network. Duel accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from incorrect addresses, unsupported networks, or other user errors.

Duel does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers, blockchain networks, or payment processors may apply transaction or processing fees, which remain your responsibility.

While we strive to provide a reliable and user-friendly payment experience, we cannot be held responsible for losses arising from incorrect transactions, accidental transfers, or payment instructions submitted by you.

Before processing a withdrawal, we reserve the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. If you refuse or fail to provide the required documentation, Duel shall not be liable for any resulting delay, restriction, or loss of access to your funds.

Dormant Accounts

An account that remains inactive, with no login activity, for a continuous period of six (6) years will be classified as dormant.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reclaim any remaining balance held in dormant accounts. Where reasonably possible, we may attempt to contact you using your registered email address before reclaiming the funds, although we are under no obligation to do so.

Financial Services Disclaimers

Funds held in your Duel account do not earn interest and should not be treated as a savings or investment product.

Duel is not a financial institution and does not hold the licenses required to operate as a bank, payment institution, or cryptocurrency exchange. Accordingly, our platform may not be used to exchange fiat currency for cryptocurrency or vice versa.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods or wallets that belong to you. You must not permit any third party to deposit funds into your account or withdraw funds on your behalf.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, the use of bots or automated software, violations of these Terms, or any conduct that may harm Duel, its users, or the integrity of the platform. Where permitted by applicable law, any remaining account balance may be withheld at our discretion.

Affiliate Program

Affiliates earn commissions based on the net revenue generated by the users they refer to Duel.

Affiliates must not engage in self-referrals or any activity that compromises the integrity of the Affiliate Program.

We reserve the right to modify the commission structure, eligibility requirements, or any other aspect of the Affiliate Program at any time.

Affiliates found to be in breach of the program rules may have their affiliate accounts suspended or terminated, and any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

We also reserve the right to reclaim, modify, or reassign usernames and referral codes at our sole discretion. Although usernames and referral codes are unique when created, they do not grant permanent ownership rights and may be changed or removed without prior notice or compensation.

If a user is found to have abused the Affiliate Program through self-referrals or any other form of referral fraud and subsequently publishes or distributes false or misleading statements about Duel, we reserve the right to disclose only the minimum account-specific information reasonably necessary to respond to those statements and protect our legitimate interests. Such information may include account identifiers, transaction records, and investigation findings. By using our Services, you expressly consent to such disclosure where permitted by applicable law.

Data & Privacy

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

When you use Duel, we collect only the information necessary to provide a secure, fair, and reliable gaming experience. This includes basic account details, gameplay activity, and information required to operate the platform. We do not collect unnecessary personal data, nor do we sell your information to third parties.

To improve our services, prevent fraud, and provide customer support, we may use trusted third-party providers such as Google Analytics, Intercom, SEON, and identity verification partners. Where necessary, we may share your information with payment providers or verification services solely to operate the platform and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Sensitive information, including KYC documentation, is stored securely with access limited to authorized personnel. We work with Checkin.com as a personal data processor for identity verification and document validation purposes.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials. Duel is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by compromised, stolen, or shared login information, including phishing attacks or similar incidents.

By using Duel, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains in greater detail how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Duel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense suffered by you or any third party arising directly or indirectly from:

  • Technical errors, software bugs, system outages, transaction failures, display errors, communication failures, or other operational issues.
  • Force majeure events, government actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, collusion, abuse, or other unlawful conduct by users.
  • Advice, guidance, or information provided by Duel employees, representatives, or automated systems.
  • Failures relating to telecommunications, internet connectivity, or data transmission.
  • Financial risks, including exchange rate fluctuations, blockchain network fees, payment processing fees, or market volatility.
  • Any other matter arising from your access to or use of the Services.

Duel does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continuous operation, or error-free performance of the platform. Gambling involves financial risk, and all use of the Services is at your own risk.

Third-Party Games and Bonuses

Certain games, bonuses, free spins, promotional features, or other gaming mechanics available on Duel are provided and operated by independent third-party game providers.

The rules, game logic, bonus mechanics, settlement process, expiration periods, and final outcomes of these features are determined solely by the relevant third-party provider and remain outside Duel’s control.

Where bonuses, free spins, or promotional features are subject to an expiration period, the relevant provider may automatically settle, cancel, finalize, or expire those rewards once the applicable time limit has been reached. Duel cannot guarantee that partially used or expired bonuses will be completed, replayed, or reinstated.

Any settlement, payout, cancellation, or adjustment relating to third-party games or promotional features will be processed strictly according to the information and settlement instructions provided by the relevant game provider. Such outcomes shall be considered final.

Duel accepts no liability for disputes, losses, or dissatisfaction arising from the operation, expiration, automatic settlement, or cancellation of third-party games or bonuses where those actions have been applied in accordance with the provider’s official rules and settlement data.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to Duel.com, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks (registered or unregistered), design rights, software, graphics, text, website content, and the domain name https://duel.com (collectively, the “Intellectual Property Rights”) remain the exclusive property of Immortal Snail LLC.

Under these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and use the Website solely as expressly permitted by Duel.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, transmit, display, commercially exploit, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or otherwise interfere with any part of the Intellectual Property Rights without our prior written permission.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

Duel is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and other illegal activities. We, our licensing authority, and other competent regulatory bodies may monitor or review account activity and transactions to ensure compliance with applicable AML requirements.

Any suspicious activity identified by Duel may be reported to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies, regulators, and government authorities in all applicable jurisdictions. Where required by law or in response to a valid legal request, subpoena, court order, or regulatory investigation, we reserve the right to:

  • Provide account information, transaction history, and any other information lawfully requested.
  • Extend any account restrictions or freezes for as long as reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations.
  • Transfer funds directly to the requesting authority where required by law or a valid court order.

Where prohibited by law or where disclosure could interfere with an investigation, we are not required to notify you that such a request has been received.

Duel accepts no liability for any delays, restrictions, losses, or other consequences resulting from compliance with legal or regulatory obligations.

By using Duel, you represent and warrant that you:

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
  • Are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.
  • Are not classified as a problem gambler and are not included on any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion register.
  • Will not deposit funds derived from criminal or unauthorized activities.
  • Will not use your Duel account for any unlawful purpose, directly or indirectly.
  • Will only deposit funds using payment methods or assets that you are legally authorized to use.

Payment Processing Disclosures

Payments made through Duel may be processed on behalf of Immortal Snail LLC by authorized third-party payment service providers in accordance with our commercial agreements.

Duel may appoint one or more payment providers to receive deposits, safeguard funds, process transactions, and facilitate withdrawals on our behalf.

Class Action Waiver

All claims must be brought on an individual basis. By using Duel, you waive any right to participate in a class action, representative action, or class-wide arbitration proceeding.

Nothing in this section prevents Duel from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief through a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its Intellectual Property Rights or other legal interests.
