You can browse current sports and esports, choose available markets, add selections to your bet slip, and stake using your Duel balance. Below, we explain what you can bet on, how our sportsbook works, how bets are settled, and how to manage your sports betting from desktop or mobile.

What You Can Bet on at Duel

Our Duel sportsbook covers both traditional sports and esports, with events organised by sport, competition, and fixture. The current Sports lobby includes categories such as soccer, basketball, tennis, ice hockey, volleyball, and handball, alongside esports including Counter-Strike 2 and League of Legends.

You can browse upcoming events for pre-match betting and, where available, open events that are already in progress. Each fixture has its own set of markets, so the number and type of selections can differ between sports, competitions, and individual matches.

Our official Sports Betting Rules identify Match Result, Total Goals, and Handicap as examples of sportsbook markets. The live lobby is the best place to check what is currently open. If you want casino titles rather than Duel sports, visit our Duel Casino Games section instead.

How to Place a Bet on Duel

Placing a Duel betting wager starts in the Sports section. You use the same Duel account and available balance that you use elsewhere on the platform, so there is no separate sportsbook registration.

  1. Open Sports from Duel.
  2. Choose the sport or esports category you want to browse.
  3. Open a league, tournament, or individual event.
  4. Select one of the available markets and click the odds for your chosen outcome.
  5. Review the selection in the bet slip and enter your stake.
  6. Check the event, market, odds, and amount before confirming.
  7. Submit the bet and use your sports betting history to follow its status.

The markets and prices shown in the sportsbook can change, particularly close to the start of an event or while live betting is in progress. Review the information displayed when you submit the wager rather than relying on an earlier price.

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the sportsbook, our current rules state that it cannot be reversed or changed by the user. Your sports wagers use the same Duel account balance available across our platform.

Pre-Match Betting

Pre-match betting is available on upcoming fixtures listed in our Sports lobby. Start by choosing a sport and then open the competition or event you want to bet on. Current Duel routes show events grouped under individual leagues and tournaments, making it possible to move directly from a sport to a specific fixture.

When you open an event, you can review the markets and odds currently offered for it. The selection varies by fixture, but our sportsbook rules identify markets such as Match Result, totals, and Handicap among the types that may be offered.

Prices are not fixed permanently before an event starts. Odds may change as the event approaches, and markets can be updated or suspended. Always check the current odds and bet slip before confirming your stake.

Live Betting on Duel

Live betting lets you place wagers on eligible events after they have started. When an event is available in-play, open it through the Sports section to see the markets that are currently active. Not every fixture or market remains available throughout an event, so the live sportsbook should always be treated as the current source of availability.

With Duel sports betting, live odds can move as the event develops. Markets may also be suspended temporarily while new information is being processed or around important moments in play. This means a selection visible a few moments earlier may have a different price or may no longer be open when you try to place the bet.

To place an in-play wager, choose an active market, select the displayed odds, enter the stake in the bet slip, review the details, and confirm the bet. The number of live markets depends on the particular sport, competition, and event.

Our Sports page officially covers both sports and esports betting, including live sportsbook activity where it is offered.

Sports and Esports Available

Our sportsbook currently covers a mixture of major sports and esports. Verified Duel Sports routes include soccer, basketball, tennis, ice hockey, volleyball, and handball. The esports side currently includes Counter-Strike 2 and League of Legends.

Competitions change throughout the calendar. Current and indexed Duel event routes include examples such as the Championship and K League 1 in soccer, Liiga in ice hockey, Superliga in volleyball, Bundesliga in handball, ATP Challenger events in tennis, and individual Counter-Strike 2 and League of Legends tournaments.

Availability is event-specific. A competition may have several upcoming fixtures but only certain matches available for live wagering. The same applies to esports, where tournaments, match schedules, and betting markets change as events progress.

Bet Types and Markets

Each event has its own market list, so we do not apply the same group of bets to every sport. Our Sports Betting Rules define a market as a specific betting proposition within an event and use Total Goals, Match Result, and Handicap as examples.

The practical approach is simple: open the fixture and use the markets that are displayed there. If a type of bet is not available on that event page, it should not be treated as available simply because it appears on another match.

Bet TypeHow It WorksExample
Match ResultChoose the listed outcome that must win under the market conditions.Team A to win
TotalChoose whether the final total finishes above or below the listed line.Over 2.5 goals
HandicapA listed adjustment is applied to the relevant result for settlement.Team A -1.5
Event-Specific MarketSelect another market shown for that particular fixture.Market displayed on the event page
OutrightBet on the final outcome of an eligible competition rather than one individual fixture.Tournament winner

Our current rules also contain specific settlement provisions for Outright markets, so those bets are handled according to their relevant competition rules.

Understanding Odds on Our Sportsbook

Odds appear beside available selections in the Sports interface and determine the return attached to a winning wager. Before submitting a bet, use the price displayed in the sportsbook and review the bet details again before confirmation.

Our rules define odds as part of the sportsbook market and also recognise that pricing errors can occur. Incorrect odds are specifically included in Duel’s definition of an error alongside technical glitches, misprints, human mistakes, and software bugs.

Odds can change before an event begins and can move more quickly while an event is live. A change in the market may therefore result in a different price from the one you first saw.

The odds format and current price are shown directly in the Sports interface. Check the displayed odds before confirming your bet, especially for live events where prices can move quickly.

Singles, Multiples and the Bet Slip

The bet slip is where you review a sportsbook selection before submitting it. Selecting available odds adds the outcome to your betting flow, where you can check the event and market and enter the amount you want to stake.

For a single bet, one selection determines the result of the wager. Where the current interface allows compatible selections to be combined, multiple selections may be handled together. The sportsbook determines which combinations are accepted, so availability can depend on the events and markets selected.

Before confirming, check each selection carefully. Remove anything you do not want to include, verify the stake, and review the information shown by the sportsbook before submission.

This final review matters because an accepted and confirmed wager cannot subsequently be changed by the user under our Sports Betting Rules.

Manage and Track Your Sports Bets

After submitting a sports wager, use the sports betting history available through your Duel account to follow its status. This lets you distinguish bets that are still awaiting settlement from bets that have already been graded.

The status of a wager depends on the outcome of its event and the settlement rules that apply to the selected market. If an event is delayed, interrupted, or otherwise affected, do not assume that the bet has automatically won, lost, or been voided.

Our sportsbook settles bets according to its official rules and designated result information. Once settlement has been completed, check the recorded bet result through your account history.

Bet with Crypto

Sports betting uses your Duel balance, so there is no separate balance just for the sportsbook. Fund your account with one of the cryptocurrencies currently supported in our cashier, then use the available balance to place your sports bets.

The cryptocurrencies and networks available for deposits and withdrawals can change, so check the cashier for the current options before transferring funds. Once a bet is settled, any winnings or refunds are returned to the same Duel balance.

This means you can deposit, place bets, receive settled returns and withdraw through the same account. On our Duel betting site, there is no need to fund a separate sportsbook wallet.

Sports Betting Rules

Our Sports Betting Rules set out how wagers are accepted, settled, voided, and handled when something unexpected affects an event. The current version is dated June 1, 2026.

Once the sportsbook accepts and confirms a wager, the user cannot reverse or change it. Event settlement follows the applicable market rules and the sportsbook’s designated result information.

For an event that starts but is then interrupted, postponed, or suspended, our general rule states that if it is not completed within 48 hours of its official start time, affected bets are voided, subject to applicable exceptions or markets whose outcome has already been determined.

Our rules also cover errors such as incorrect odds, technical glitches, misprints, human mistakes, and software bugs.

Location and account eligibility are separate from event settlement. See Duel Legal & Availability for location and eligibility requirements.

Sports Betting on Mobile

You can open our Sports section through a mobile browser and use the same Duel account and balance as on desktop. The mobile sportsbook gives you access to the current event list, including pre-match fixtures and eligible live events.

Choose your sport or esports category, open a fixture, select an available market, and continue through the betting flow on the smaller screen. You can also return to your account to check the status of sports wagers you have already placed.

Because your balance belongs to the same Duel account, there is no separate mobile sportsbook wallet.
